Flammings in Saarbrucken

Last week I went to Flammings- und Flammbräu with my girlfriend. Since we have already heard many positive and negative comments about it, we wanted to get an idea of ​​it for ourselves. The service was very friendly when we received our drink order. When it came to ordering food, however, we were almost struck by lightning. I wanted to leave out an ingredient on the tarte flambée and replace it with a new ingredient. Unfortunately this is not allowed. When I asked why. The waitress answered us. The manager of the house does not allow any special requests. In 2020 this should actually be feasible, in my opinion. But well... So I order without special requests. When the tarte flambée arrived, they tasted really good. Eaten and paid for. When I left I saw a woman who was constantly harassing her employees. I thought to myself I would ask her if she is the boss, because it didn't leave me in peace why there is no extra order. I wanted to know the reason. When I asked if she is the boss and why no extra requests are tolerated here. She replied to me with the words: "STOP IT! IF IT DOESN'T SUIT YOU, DO NOT COME MORE !!!" I think it's a shame that a good meal is dragged into the mud because of the bad character. But no restaurateur is allowed to talk / deal with his customers like that. Once and never again. Two stars for the friendly service who has to work under the circumstances of the boss and one star for the tarte flambée, as I have to subtract 3 stars for the extremely unfriendly boss. SHAME AND SORRY.
